John Kaiser announced at at last night’s Wokingham Borough Council Executive –

“Finally, even though the council is in step with the guidance in the CAB council tax protocol and best practice agreed with the LGA, it is but a short step to formally adopt the protocol and to indicate our commitment to our residents who require help and as such I will commit signing to CAB Council Tax Protocol as agreed with the LGA, That said we will continually review our procedures to ensure the best outcome for all residents.”
