Did you know that the 2,500 new curb stones being installed on the London Road are made from recycled plastic?

On Wednesday I met with some of the team from Volker Highways who took me through the work they are doing building the cycle lanes from Wokingham to Coppid Beech. They showed me the new, recycled plastic curb stones. I tried to hold one in each hand. It was not as easy as it looked. They are light, but wobble, a lot!
