On Friday I had a chance to speak at the Wokingham Positive Difference business networking event.

On the agenda for discussion was Corporate Social Responsibility, the future of waste and me, talking about Climate Emergency.

I spoke on how businesses of all sizes can support WBC’s carbon neutral agenda, where to start on their own climate journey and I also suggested some initial, cost effective and impactful first steps that any business can take in order to reduce it’s carbon footprint.

I am an elected Wokingham Borough Councillor. I have represented the Norreys Ward for the Conservative party since May 2019. Currently also serving as Executive Member for Climate Emergency. I moved to Wokingham in 2016 with my young family, and I am hugely passionate about making Wokingham one of the best places in Britain to live, for my children and for all our residents.
