Today Cllr Phil Cunnington and I met with Matt Barber, Thames Valley Police Deputy Police and Crime Commissioner, to discuss and share a number of concerns that have been raised with us over the last few weeks.

Top of the list were Anti-Social Behaviour (which is decreasing in Wokingham), Recreational Drug Use (which has seen a number of recent police actions and successes) and Speeding, particularly on London Road and other key roads around the town.
I also made a proposal to him which, if accepted by TVP, would see a much greater police presence in Wokingham, and also much greater engagement in community action via the NAGs.

If you have any other points you would like me to share with Matt then please let me know.
